Our History
At our firm, we have the client—and only the client—in mind.
Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. Ritchey Faulk decided to become an Independent Financial Advisor in 2000. Before he became an Independent Financial Advisor, he was head of PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Consulting Group for the Southwest Region. He enjoyed meeting with individuals and developed very strong relationships with his clients and their families. He decided to leave PricewaterhouseCoopers to become an Independent Financial Advisor, so he could continue his personal relationships with his clients & provide them with a broader range of investment solutions.
A native of Houston, Randall Faulk grew up in a household dedicated to helping individuals achieve their financial goals. His father, a seasoned financial advisor, taught Randall first-hand the power of financial independence and inspired him to follow a profession that would help individuals gain the confidence and fortitude needed to pursue this goal. During October 2017, Randall Faulk left Morgan Stanley to form a partnership with his father. The partnership was an instant success because Ritchey and Randall worked very well together & developed many new client relationships.
Unfortunately, Ritchey Faulk was diagnosed with throat cancer in early 2018. Randall grew up overnight as he took on the day-to-day responsibilities for the entire client base, so Ritchey could dedicate his attention on his treatment. Ritchey fought a courageous battle with his cancer. He was called home on June 1, 2020. On the day he passed away, he was answering client emails & speaking with clients about the market. Ritchey did not view his work as a job. Instead, he viewed his work as helping others & enjoyed every second of his relationships with our clients.
After Ritchey passed away, Randall made a commitment to all of their clients that he would continue providing exceptional services to continue his father’s legacy. Randall has experienced every type of market including: bull markets, bear markets, black swan events (COVID during 2020), and inflationary periods. By experiencing multiple market environments, Randall is able to provide proper investment advice to his clients.
